As Senior Data Scientist, Navista, you'll spearhead Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic Systems development for the Navista Application Suite and Integrated Oncology Network (IoN). This nationwide remote role offers a disclosed salary of $123,400 - $176,300 USD annually, with opportunities for performance-based upside. Lead cutting-edge R&D on GenAI models including LLMs, diffusion models, GANs, and VAEs to solve oncology challenges like outcome prediction and trend identification.
Architect and deploy LLMs for NLP tasks—summarization, Q&A, insight extraction from unstructured data. Design agentic systems for autonomous reasoning, planning, and interaction in clinical workflows.
Build models from diverse oncology data sources. Partner with data engineers on preprocessing, augmentation for GenAI training, emphasizing ethical handling of sensitive health data.

Seeking candidates with 8-12 years as Data Scientist or ML Engineer, deep focus on deep learning and NLP.
