Role Overview

The Senior Designer (Food Ventures) role in Cornella de Ll., Barcelona, is a pivotal position within PepsiCo's Food Ventures Design team. Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Designer, your responsibilities will span design project management, brand development, and external network building:

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you need a blend of technical expertise, creative flair, and business acumen:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design or equivalent, plus 4+ years as a multidisciplinary designer taking projects from concept to completion.
• Full-time agency-side or client-side experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Firefly software.
• Strong typography, conceptual design, and design strategy skills.
• 360 brand design experience across print, packaging, digital, environmental, and experiential.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI-powered tools for high-quality images, designs, animations, and motion graphics.

Preferred skills include extraordinary design taste, trend awareness, stakeholder influence, multitasking, and excellent communication. Willingness to travel 15% is required. Comfort in agile, dynamic settings with a startup mentality is essential.
