Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

• Master core MongoDB database functionality and Atlas features including Search, Vector Search, Data Federation, Online Archive, and Streaming.
• Develop and deliver workshops, webinars, and design reviews for audiences and customers to optimize document schemas.
• Gather and share insights from developer interactions via code, content, and collaboration.
• Create compelling technical content across blogs, videos, and channels to educate developers.
• Lead virtual and in-person sessions for up to 400 developers, accelerating Atlas adoption.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams asynchronously across time zones.
• Conduct peer reviews on code, demos, and sessions to foster team growth.
• Focus on SMB success, unlocking the full power of MongoDB's document model.
• Evangelize emerging trends like AI integration with MongoDB Atlas.

Qualifications & Requirements
