Role Overview

The Senior Digital Manager role in Chatswood, New South Wales, reports to the ANZ Head of Media. This pivotal position leads the end-to-end media strategy and campaign implementation for PepsiCo brands across owned, earned, and paid media. In this senior role, you’ll orchestrate high-impact digital campaigns and strategies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading TCP strategy to integrate paid, owned, and earned media for fame-driving campaigns.
  • Delivering annual TCP plans aligned with business calendars, audience architecture, DCO, influencers, personalization, and 1st party data.
  • Serving as a trend lighthouse, inspiring brand teams and agencies with consumer insights, media best practices, and innovations.
  • Managing media agency relationships and joint business partnerships for optimal outputs.
  • Collaborating with brand and shopper leads on campaign delivery, championing TCP best practices from brief to execution.
  • Driving audience-content-media-measurement integration and consumer-centric personalization at scale.
  • Applying gold standard media activation to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Leveraging data for test-and-scale approaches, KPI tracking, and connections mapping.
  • Leading PEP connected media strategy, JBP oversight, DCO, creators, measurement, discoverability, and lower funnel optimization.
