As a culture ambassador, you'll champion MongoDB's Leadership Commitment and Employee Value Proposition, building community through ERGs that represent diverse employee voices worldwide.

Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

• Lead and implement engagement, culture, and inclusion programs supporting MongoDB's strategic goals.
• Ensure all initiatives align with company values, people priorities, and business objectives.
• Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to ERG Leads and Executive Sponsors.
• Develop opportunities driving business outcomes, retention, engagement, well-being, and global inclusion.
• Oversee ERG operationalization including budgeting, analytics, leader onboarding, and succession planning.
• Manage regular cadence of touchpoints between ERGs and company leadership.
• Partner with Internal Communications for employee experience strategies promoting culture and values.
• Leverage data analytics to measure impact and recommend program improvements.
• Plan and execute annual ERG workshops and summits fostering global community.
• Act as MongoDB culture ambassador engaging current and future employees.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years experience, ideally in Human Resources or talent management.
• Demonstrated success leading engagement programs or people initiatives.
• Strong program/project management with process standardization expertise.
• Awareness of global employee engagement drivers across cultures and business contexts.
• Exceptional listening, communication, empathy, and writing skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity, change management, and multi-priority execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Talent Center of Excellence (L&D, Org Development, Engagement).
• Background in technology industry and high-growth companies like MongoDB.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
