Key Responsibilities at Datadog

• Design, build, and iterate AI enablement programs meeting employees at all levels—from foundational AI concepts to advanced LLM prompt engineering and AI agents.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, GTM teams to create role-based onboarding, custom tooling, and ongoing Datadog AI learning initiatives.
• Develop scalable playbooks, hands-on workshops, events, and tools accelerating AI knowledge and responsible use.
• Amplify successful AI use cases, converting them into repeatable processes and storytelling for broader cloud observability adoption.
• Experiment with AI by prototyping internal agents, custom GPTs, and solutions showcasing DevOps AI integration.
• Collaborate with Legal, Security, Compliance for safe AI practices aligned with Datadog's security platform.
• Measure success via business outcomes, behavioral data, and feedback in our observability-driven culture.
• Act as AI SME, translating emerging tech into practical enablement for technical and non-technical teams.
• Evolve the AI Learning Center as the hub for upskilling in machine learning operations (MLOps) and beyond.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 8+ years professional experience, including 5+ years in enablement, L&D, technical training at high-growth tech/SaaS firms like Datadog.
• Hands-on with modern AI: LLMs, agents, prompt engineering, custom GPTs, and AI prototyping.
• Passionate AI leader comfortable experimenting and staying on tech's cutting edge.
• Proven translating complex AI into engaging learning for diverse audiences.
• Zero-to-one initiative builder with data analysis for measurable impact.
