Role Overview

As a Senior Engineer, SAP Data Profiling and Reporting in our SAP Center of Excellence (CoE), you will spearhead data conversion, migration, and reporting initiatives for SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. This full-time role in Bangalore demands expertise in ETL processes, data quality assurance, and real-time integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives, ensuring seamless data flow in our global healthcare operations. Key Responsibilities

Your impact will span critical areas of SAP data management:

• Execute data conversions for SAP implementations, handling legacy data from multiple sources into ECC and S/4HANA.
• Design, develop, and implement complex ETL processes using SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) for migration to S/4HANA, data warehouses, and cloud platforms.
• Lead end-to-end data migration projects, defining frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Conduct data profiling, cleansing, and validation using SAP Information Steward to maintain high accuracy and integrity.
• Optimize SAP BODS jobs and dataflows for superior performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Build real-time data replication solutions with SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT) and related tools.
• Partner with data architects, SAP functional consultants, and business analysts to meet evolving business needs.
• Gather requirements, create data mapping documents, and develop transformation logic.
• Influence stakeholders to drive data initiatives and strategic execution.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years in SAP implementations with ABAP knowledge across business processes like Master Data, Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Record-to-Report (RTR), Plan-to-Produce (PRI), and Supply Chain Execution (SCE).
• 3-5 years hands-on with SAP Data Services, data conversions, ALE/IDOC, LSMW, RDM/BPDM.
• Strong foundation in Master Data Management (MDM) domain.
• Proven ability to define processes, lead teams, and foster individual development.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

Experience in performance tuning and real-time integration is highly valued.
