Role Overview

As a Senior Engineer, SAP Data Profiling and Reporting in our SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) at Cardinal Health's Bangalore Innovation Centre, you will spearhead data conversion, migration, and reporting initiatives for SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. This full-time role demands expertise in ETL processes with SAP BODS, data quality assurance via Information Steward, and real-time integrations using SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT). Collaborate with data architects, SAP functional consultants, and business analysts to align technical prowess with healthcare business imperatives. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver proven SAP data conversion expertise for ECC and S/4HANA implementations, handling legacy data from diverse sources.
• Design, develop, and implement complex ETL processes using SAP BODS to migrate data into SAP S/4HANA, data warehouses, and cloud platforms.
• Lead end-to-end data migration projects, establishing robust frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Conduct data profiling, cleansing, and validation using SAP Information Steward to ensure top-tier accuracy and integrity.
• Optimize SAP BODS jobs and dataflows for peak performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Build real-time data replication solutions with SAP SLT and complementary tools.
• Partner cross-functionally with data architects, SAP consultants, and analysts to meet business needs.
• Gather requirements, craft technical specs, data mappings, and transformation logic.
• Strategically plan and execute processes, engaging stakeholders for project success.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel, candidates need a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Require 8+ years in SAP implementations with ABAP knowledge across business processes like Master Data, OTC, PRI, SCE, RTR, and PTP. Essential: 3-5 years with SAP Data Services, data conversions, ALE/IDOC, LSMW, RDM/BPDM. Deep Master Data Management domain knowledge is critical. Preferred: Ability to define processes, lead teams, develop talent, and communicate excellently orally and in writing.
