Responsibilities include execution and management of OTC functionality, maintaining IT Controls and SOX compliance, and resolving audit findings. You'll lead service delivery, align strategies with business goals, and manage stakeholders effectively. Expect to own incidents, defects, enhancements, and new builds while staying ahead of emerging technologies and process changes.
Additional duties encompass effort estimation, proposal preparation, and collaboration with functional partners for value-add solutions. Drive end-user satisfaction via targeted metrics, influence clients toward out-of-the-box SAP configurations to minimize customizations, and oversee project planning and execution. Leadership extends to attracting talent, maintaining stakeholder relationships, identifying optimization synergies, and providing direction during crises. Collaborate across process towers like PTP, SCE, RTR, and non-SAP systems to ensure seamless integration.
Lead prioritization meetings, monitor critical processes with alerts and automation, and coach a team of SD functional consultants. Work closely with infrastructure teams for stable operations, enforce solution documentation and hypercare transitions, and support Pharma ordering channel integrations. Own KPIs and BPM metrics to support current and future business units.
Candidates should bring 8-12 years of relevant experience, preferably in SAP OTC for Pharma or healthcare. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent work experience is considered. Advanced knowledge of SAP SD modules, IT controls, and SOX compliance is essential. Proven ability to manage complex projects, mentor teams, and recommend innovative processes sets top candidates apart. Experience with cross-functional collaboration and business process optimization in SAP environments is highly valued.
