Role Overview

As a Senior Engineer, SAP Project Delivery within Cardinal Health's SAP CoE, you'll provide expert leadership on large-scale SAP projects. This remote role, based in Columbus, Ohio, focuses on designing, configuring, and deploying SAP S/4HANA solutions for critical business processes like Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Supply Chain Execution (SCE), Record-to-Report (RTR), and Request-to-Network Inventory (RNI). Key Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end SAP project excellence:

• Lead deliverables like functional specifications, configurations, data conversions, cutover planning/execution, and hypercare support.
• Design, configure, and validate SAP solutions for OTC, PTP, SCE, RTR, and RNI processes.
• Analyze as-is processes, identify gaps, define to-be systems, and lead blueprint workshops for requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis.
• Architect, build, and deploy SAP applications across modules including LE, SD, FI, with deep integration knowledge (e.g., SD-MM, MM-LE).
• Provide solution option assessments with business/technology impacts and delivery estimates; identify and close requirement gaps.
• Enforce standard tools like Solution Manager, ChaRM, JIRA; collaborate with onsite/offshore teams for execution.
• Communicate effectively with IT partners and stakeholders, offering functional guidance, presentations, and enterprise perspective.

Qualifications & Requirements

We're seeking proven SAP leaders:

• Hands-on experience in multiple full life cycle SAP implementations, preferably S/4HANA.
• Advanced expertise in 2+ modules: SAP SD, LE, MM, FI, Pricing; understanding of best practices and inter-module relationships (SD-MM, MM-LE).
• Proficiency in converting specs to test scenarios/scripts, configuration, debugging, and enhancement design.
• Strong skills in process analysis, workshop facilitation, estimation, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.

Bonus: Experience in healthcare supply chain or Procure-to-Pay processes.
