As a Senior Engineer, Workday AI Developer at Cardinal Health, you will spearhead the implementation and optimization of Workday's advanced AI capabilities, including Workday Everywhere, Workday Assistant, and Workday Illuminate. Drive innovation by using Developer Copilot for code and documentation generation, conducting root cause analysis, and recommending Illuminate enhancements from Workday’s 25R1/25R2/26+ roadmap.
Candidates should have 5+ years of Workday HCM configuration and deployment experience, plus 6+ years in Workday integrations using Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors.
