Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close a robust sales pipeline driving new MongoDB customer acquisition
  • Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users in target accounts
  • Build strong relationships that create expansion opportunities and account growth
  • Partner with Solution Architects to architect MongoDB solutions that solve enterprise challenges
  • Collaborate with Professional Services to deliver exceptional customer onboarding and success
  • Work with enterprise ecosystem partners and channel teams to maximize deal sizes and velocity
  • Participate in comprehensive sales enablement: Sales Bootcamp, sophisticated trainings, and leadership programs
  • Execute territory strategy focused on revenue growth through MongoDB's developer data platform
  • Leverage proven methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger) to navigate complex sales cycles
