This critical role supports our Sao Paulo office and remote users across Brazil and South America, delivering white-glove service to all Datadog employees. As a key member of our proactive IT team, you'll handle everything from urgent on-call support to company-wide projects that enhance employee experience. Key Responsibilities at Datadog

  • Manage IT ticketing queues, user account provisioning/deprovisioning, and escalate complex issues to engineering teams
  • Staff the on-site walk-up support bar providing immediate face-to-face technical assistance to Sao Paulo employees
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation delivering urgent support to users across Brazil and South America time zones
  • Analyze support trends to identify recurring issues and drive proactive solutions impacting all Datadog employees
  • Configure and troubleshoot unified communications systems (Zoom, RingCentral) in conference rooms and collaboration spaces
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive IT documentation using Confluence for internal knowledge sharing
  • Lead new hire IT orientations covering Datadog's security policies, SaaS tool ecosystem, and best practices
  • Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory using Jamf and other asset management tools
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to IT support knowledge base development

Qualifications & Requirements
