The Senior Executive - HR Ops Employee Services role in Guwahati is pivotal in delivering best-in-class employee experiences across the full employee lifecycle, from hire to retire. Based at our plant in Assam, this position supports the People Experience & Operations team by driving on-ground processes with clear KPIs and service levels. You'll play a key role in PepsiCo India's digitization efforts, ensuring seamless operations for frontline, PCI, and NPCI workforces. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll wear multiple hats to ensure smooth HR operations:

  • Drive frontline hiring by collaborating with employment exchanges, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and coordinating pre-employment testing.
  • Manage onboarding for plant employees, ensuring adherence to H2O processes and completion of Day 1 and Functional Onboarding modules on myLearning.
  • Handle contractual hiring in partnership with departments based on business needs.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries on policies, benefits, payroll, schedules, and lifecycle processes.
  • Administer learning programs, facilitate training, track progress, and ensure closure for targeted employee groups.
  • Support engagement initiatives like Dil Se, Plant Days, and OHS, including communications and surveys.
  • Lead BU digitization efforts, particularly T&A for PCI/NPCI, Schoox, and myServices workflows; identify streamlining opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with central, state, and local laws, including AIB audits, and maintain confidential employee files.
  • Collaborate with Safety, Operations, and Welfare teams for training, certifications, and clearances.
  • Coordinate CoE interventions like TM, TR, PE&O training, performance management (PMP phases), surveys, and core people processes.
  • Provide logistics for learning, HR events, CoC training, rewards, and townhalls.
  • Offer administrative support to plant leadership, manage reporting, and drive process improvements.

  • 0-3 years of professional experience in HR, preferably operations or service delivery.
  • Strong customer-centric focus with excellent employee experience skills.
