Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead the development of product assortments tailored to City Specialty and NBHD channels across North America. Your core responsibilities include:

• Developing City Specialty and NBHD channel-tier assortment offerings for Men’s NSW apparel and footwear.
• Defining and driving multi-season strategic plans by channel, aligning with marketplace growth, financial targets, and NA NSW Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) goals.
• Driving NSW City Specialty and NBHD product strategies through collaboration with NSW Sales, Sport Merchants, Marketing, Nike Direct, and cross-sport Channel Merch teams.
• Providing in-depth consumer and marketplace insights to inform NA NSW Sport Product Merchants on future line plans.
• Offering capacity and tiering insights to Geo Sport Product Merchandising teams for product differentiation by channel.
• Building multi-season strategic plans to meet or exceed sales growth and financial targets.
• Managing franchise health within channels via strategic assortment and buy decisions, grounded in key metrics for inventory management.
• Monitoring franchise health using KPIs to maintain strong in-season and futures inventory positions.
• Collaborating with Sales and Sport Planning on invest/divest strategies and style-level forecasts.
• Funneling marketplace trends into Sport Product Engine Merchandising to shape closer-to-market insights and future seasons.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in merchandising (Marketplace or Consumer/Sport), retail, with leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business, Design, or a related field (or suitable combination of education, experience, and training).

• Strong marketplace insight, analytical skills, and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
