Key Responsibilities at Lululemon

As a Senior GFSS AP Specialist, you'll execute governance and improvements across in-house and outsourced teams. Key duties include:

• Daily AP Support: Partner with outsourced teams to resolve ServiceNow tickets, manage Coupa queues, and ensure seamless invoice flow.
• RPA Oversight: Manage bot updates and troubleshooting for retail quarter cleanup processes.
• Vendor Setup: Assist with catalog and cXML setups, collaborating on market-entry and buying enhancements.
• Compliance Leadership: Support SOX reporting, monitor permissions, and align operations with internal controls.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze KPIs like Tungsten metrics, exception trends, and aging reports.
• Escalation Management: Resolve daily issues from partners, vendors, and teams.
• Vendor Reconciliation: Lead statements project for discrepancy resolution and aging visibility.
• Payment Processing: Release manual bank payments per controls.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Procurement, Treasury, and Finance Technology on systemic fixes.
• Training & Documentation: Maintain materials and support onboarding for internal and external staff.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, bring:

• 3–5 years in Accounts Payable or Shared Services, ideally with outsourced teams.

• Strong AP systems knowledge: Oracle EBS, Coupa, Tungsten/CSP.
• Advanced Excel (lookups, pivots, data cleaning) and metrics dashboards like Power BI.
• Understanding of invoicing workflows, supplier networks, and payments.
• Superior communication for global partnerships.
