Key Responsibilities at Lululemon

As Senior Financial Analyst – Corporate FP&A, you'll report to the Manager and take ownership of critical financial processes:

• Prepare and consolidate materials for SLT monthly business reviews and detailed reporting packages for Senior Finance leadership.
• Own month-end and annual planning processes, including variance identification and investigation against budget/forecast.
• Represent financial insights in SLT deck materials with clear, actionable analysis.
• Support Quarterly Board decks and Earnings call preparation to communicate performance effectively.
• Partner with Director, Corporate FP&A to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics team to digitize variance analysis and automate reporting for deeper insights.
• Manage FP&A milestones and coordinate with wider FP&A teams for seamless execution.
• Drive process improvements using tools like Excel, Power BI, and Copilot.
• Analyze financial impact of operational decisions and link strategies to execution plans.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or similar.
• 5+ years professional FP&A experience.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Copilot – required for advanced modeling and visualization.
