Key Responsibilities at Rivian

As a Senior Financial Analyst, Product Development, you'll drive financial excellence in R&D. Key responsibilities include:

  • Own headcount, payroll, and subcontractor forecasting: Align with company targets and R&D strategies at cost center, team, and project levels.
  • Develop labor models: Incorporate hiring, attrition, merit, bonuses, taxes, and employee costs.
  • Analyze variances: Monthly actuals vs. budget/forecast, explaining drivers to leadership.
