Key Responsibilities at Rivian

• Manage industrial automation supplier development: Identify technologies, assess capabilities, and create sourcing plans with stakeholders.
• Build supply base intelligence: Maintain deep knowledge of market conditions and technology roadmaps.
• Lead strategic sourcing events: Handle supplier interfacing, dispute resolutions, and complex manufacturing issues.
• Steer contract negotiations: Execute Purchase Agreements and Statements of Work with suppliers.
• Support CapEx projects: Drive design, execution, and lifecycle management for new factories and equipment.
• Negotiate cost and value: Use data-driven analysis to optimize commercial outcomes.
• Monitor performance and forecasts: Track supplier metrics, CapEx spend, and risks with Finance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Program Management to hit milestones and report to leadership.
• Create should-cost models: Build budgets and technology investment roadmaps.
• Expand global CapEx footprint: Plan and support Rivian's worldwide supplier network.

Qualifications & Requirements

Salary & Benefits
