• Organize periodic asset value updates with cross-functional teams, contract external appraisers, and conduct risk engineering assessments.
• Coordinate local approvals and signing of insurance policies covering property, business interruption, liability, and transport.
• Discuss insurance terms with policy users/budget holders, implement risk management recommendations via brokers.
• Plan insurance premiums, allocate costs, create SAP purchase orders, and ensure timely payments.
• Manage insurance events, broker interactions, and tender processes for broker selection.
• Support merchant acquiring products (terminals, websites), bank agreements, PCI/DSS certification, and terminal activations.
• Oversee factoring programs, SCF implementation, controls, and treasury operations in SAP.
• Prepare reports, handle data requests, and engage regularly with the global risk management team.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, you need:

• 5+ years in treasury, finance, controlling, or procurement in large/mid-sized companies.
• Solid understanding of insurance principles and banking services.
• Basic legal literacy and experience with procurement processes (preferred).
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) for global collaboration.
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP knowledge is a plus.
