Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver onsite and remote white-glove IT support for Gilead VIPs and admins, ensuring zero disruptions.
  • Manage IT project rollouts, new hire onboarding, and VIP experiences with precision.
  • Create ServiceNow tickets, document root causes, and escalate to Tier II/III or vendors while exceeding SLAs.
  • Provide break-fix support, home network troubleshooting, AV setups, and workstation configurations.
  • Handle executive event support, inventory, network testing, and training on new apps/hardware.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, support flexible hours including weekends/holidays, and travel as needed.

Technical Support Scope

Key technologies include TruU, NetSkope, MS Intune (BYOD), Apple Business Manager, Office 365, BitLocker, Active Directory, RSA VPN, JAMF, Zoom, MS Teams, Windows 11, Mac/iOS/Android, Dell/Surface hardware, Cisco AnyConnect, Citrix, SCCM, and more.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • At least 5 years of white-glove support for VPs, admins, and C-Level executives in multinational settings, preferably Tier II level.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; certifications highly valued.
