Partner with global teams across engineering, operations, and support. Create scalable learning resources to upskill colleagues. Own critical escalations, resolving them swiftly to minimize disruptions.
We seek candidates with an exceptional academic track record from high school and university, demonstrating intellectual rigor and discipline. Proven experience as a Jira administrator is essential, including deep knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem and common usage patterns for technical and non-technical teams.
Hands-on software development experience in Python is required, alongside professional written and spoken English. You must excel in interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability. Thrive in remote environments by staying motivated, productive, and organized while collaborating with diverse global stakeholders. International travel twice yearly for up to two-week company events is expected.
Nice-to-have: A strong perspective on process architecture and experience with complex cross-project automations.
