Role Overview

The Senior Logistics Planning Analyst role in Nike Pacific is pivotal to our distribution strategy. Based at the ImPACt Distribution Centre in Melbourne, Victoria, you'll lead logistics planning, foster 'One Team' collaborations with 3PL partners, and champion innovations that enhance efficiency, sustainability, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll take full ownership of logistics operations, ensuring precision and agility across the supply chain.

• Oversee day-to-day Logistics Operations in Planning, Distribution Centres, and Transportation.
• Lead and inspire teams to fulfill the Pacific Logistics Purpose, growing revenue through precise product delivery.
• Manage and influence multiple Logistics Partner relationships to drive process excellence, cost savings, sustainability, and superior consumer experiences.
• Own delivery of Logistics Performance results against Nike's Operational and Marketplace KPIs in partnership with 3PLs.
• Collaborate with Nike global networks to align on best-in-class processes and share innovations.
• Build operational knowledge, coach teams, and ensure end-to-end efficiencies, including returns management.

Qualifications & Requirements

We seek proven leaders with deep expertise in logistics and a people-first approach.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Supply Chain, Distribution, or Logistics.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in logistics operations management, performance tracking, and costing.
• Working knowledge of 3PL distribution in Australia and New Zealand, thriving in matrix environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing skills, and a passion for coaching and mentoring.
• Proficiency in SAP, WMS, TMS, and advanced Microsoft Office; strong analytical skills in cost modelling and financial review.
• Experience in international container operations highly regarded; change advocate mindset essential.

Internally, partner with Logistics Planning, DC Operations, Inventory, Transport, Commercial, Tech, and Marketplace teams. Externally, collaborate closely with 3PL partners and transport providers across Australia and New Zealand, plus Nike geography partners for solution management and best practices.
