Role Overview

Join Datadog as Senior Manager, Channels & Alliances in Bangalore, India, and lead the charge in building a powerhouse partner ecosystem for our cloud monitoring and security platform. In this critical leadership role, you'll drive incremental revenue growth by recruiting and scaling high-impact partners including system integrators, managed service providers (MSPs), and value-added resellers (VARs). Reporting to the Director of Channels & Alliances, you'll collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and legal teams to expand Datadog's presence in India.

Key Responsibilities at Datadog

  • Build and coach a high-performing team by identifying talent and providing hands-on development for channel success.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to the Datadog Partner Network targeting key customer segments for revenue growth.
  • Hands-on enablement of existing partners through business planning, technical training on Datadog's observability platform, and joint go-to-market execution.
  • Drive collaboration with regional enterprise, mid-market, and commercial sales teams plus marketing and customer success to maximize partner-sourced revenue.
  • Act as executive sponsor for top channel partners and strategic alliances with AWS, GCP, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Own all regional metrics, KPIs, and reporting for Channels & Alliances to Datadog leadership.
  • Develop scalable strategies for India partner ecosystem focused on cloud migration, digital transformation, and infrastructure monitoring.
  • Execute co-selling initiatives and partner-led deals leveraging Datadog's full-stack observability capabilities.
  • Work cross-functionally to align partner programs with Datadog's product roadmap and sales ops.

Qualifications & Requirements
