Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates need:

• BA/BSc/RN with 10+ years of relevant clinical or life sciences experience, or MA/MSc/PharmD/PhD with 8+ years.
• Combination of scientific/medical expertise in relevant therapeutic areas like HIV, oncology, or inflammatory diseases.
• Advanced knowledge of Clinical Operations, clinical research landscape, and GCP regulations.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CROs, site management, and metrics-driven decision-making.
