Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Core Product Design, Global Jordan role is a pivotal leadership position within Nike's Jordan Design team. Key Team Collaborations

Work with Sr. CDs in Footwear Design Excellence, 3D Excellence, and Color/Material Excellence; Product Merchandising and Development; Consumer Insights and Innovation; Brand Design and Marketing; plus Materials, Manufacturing, and external partners. Though footwear-focused, you'll oversee an Apparel Designer direct report.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll direct Jordan’s Core Footwear line, from seasonal assortments to long-term evolution. Responsibilities include:

• Leading the design and development of Core Footwear concepts and seasonal assortments.
• Translating insights, cultural cues, and consumer behavior into product that is both accessible and inspiring.
• Partnering closely with the Sr. Creative Director to define and maintain Creative Direction for Core.
• Guiding designers through ambiguity, prioritizing seasonal and long-term initiatives.
• Building and maintaining design vision end-to-end, ensuring alignment with Jordan strategy.
• Advanced project management: organizing meetings, timelines, and deliverables across matrixed partners.
