Role Overview

As Senior Manager-Finance in Hyderabad, Telangana, you'll serve as the pivotal commercial finance partner for a key Business Unit (BU). This full-time role within our Center of Excellence (COE) demands 8-12 years of finance expertise, focusing on performance reporting, financial modelling, and data-driven decision support. You'll collaborate closely with BU teams, data scientists, and leadership to deliver insightful analytics amid PepsiCo's ambitious expansion. With Tableau as a must-have skill and FMCG experience preferred, this position offers a platform to influence global strategies from India's vibrant hub.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a dynamic mix of strategic and operational finance tasks:

• Act as the single point of contact for your assigned BU, addressing all commercial finance requirements with precision and responsiveness.
• Create and generate commercial finance reports adhering to Desktop Procedures (DTPs), while continuously updating them to reflect process evolutions.
• Drive performance management reporting, providing insightful commentary on variances, business performance, financial modelling for PSP, AOP, rolling forecasts, what-if scenarios, and data collection for BU decision-making.
• Fulfill ad hoc data and report requests, ensuring timely and accurate submissions aligned with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with data scientists and modelers to test and refine outputs, engaging BU teams bi-weekly for performance updates and feedback.
• Support the Commercial Finance Tower lead in simplification and standardization projects, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for process improvements and tech implementations.
• Participate in COE monthly management meetings and weekly connects to track KPIs, initiatives, hiring, onboarding, and overall performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel, candidates need:

• 8-12 years in finance and planning, with specific commercial finance experience and 7+ years in business operations, ideally FMCG.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Commerce, Business Administration, or Economics, complemented by high-level Finance & Accounting proficiency. CA, ICWAI, MBA, or CPA Finance strongly preferred.
• Must-have Tableau knowledge; sound expertise in SAP, MS Office, and other financial reporting systems.
• Deep understanding of financial and commercial business processes, plus proven management reporting and planning experience.
• Exceptional English communication, stakeholder management, organization, numeracy, lateral thinking, and ability to thrive in ambiguity with tight deadlines.
