Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

                    Promote Siemens Energy technology and demonstrate our value proposition of delivering reliable, sustainable, and affordable energy solutions.

                    Develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy plans for your region and customers in collaboration with execution units to achieve profitable growth, market share, and strategic customer engagement.

                    Accomplish business targets including profitable order growth, market share expansion, and customer satisfaction.

                    Foster an agile work culture and promote a digital mindset by developing and implementing a digital sales strategy.

                    Drive service, product and solution sales across the region.

                    Ensure collection of payments in coordination with the Finance team.

                    B.E. (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation)

                    Excellent communication skills.

                    Strong team-player and interpersonal abilities.

                    Excellent stakeholder management skills.

                    Ability to persevere under pressure.

                    Decision making

                    Minimum 15-17 years relevant experience. Preferably from Power Transmission or Distribution Industry
