• Build comprehensive Data Dictionaries defining attribute-level ownership and Lists of Values (LOV) adhering to standards.
• Establish Data Standards and Policies: Define naming conventions, required fields, and approval processes for master data.
• Define Roles and Responsibilities for creation, approval, compliance, and auditing.
• Build Data Lineage to track data origin, transformation, movement, and consumption for quality, trust, and compliance.
• Document data migration processes for divestures/acquisitions and provide strategic guidance to business partners.
• Oversee STS governance policies, project plans, personnel management, daily operations, SLAs, and escalations.

Qualifications & Requirements
