Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

As Senior Manager, you'll shape the future of Customer Success at MongoDB:

  • Proven experience: 5+ years in Sales Strategy, Consulting, Sales Operations, or Analytics roles.
  • Leadership: Direct supervision experience developing teams in fast-paced tech environments.
  • Technical SQL proficiency: Strong ability to write complex queries for sales and customer data analysis.
  • Spreadsheet mastery: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data manipulation and modeling.
  • BI expertise: Hands-on experience with Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio for visualization.
  • Salesforce navigation: Comfortable extracting insights from CRM systems.
