Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Implementation

Lead the detailed project plan for route design implementation, aligning with Sales Strategy Leadership. Support critical path activities, scale up issues for timely resolution, and provide execution status and performance reports to ensure solutions are delivered on time and in the desired form.

Change Management & Capability Building

Act as a Change Agent by supporting communication strategies to mitigate impacts, understanding risks and concerns, and addressing resistance. Build change capability within Sales Strategy - GTM teams and align with Sales, HR, and other functional leaders affected by route changes.

Stakeholder Influence & Execution

Influence local business teams to execute according to design and strategic objectives. Enable a process hypercare plan and request routing completions through workflow creation with the Strategic Routing team.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

A professional Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA considered a plus. Candidates should have a strong understanding of Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, DSD route processes, and activities. Previous experience in Route Engineering or Modeling is highly advantageous, along with detailed knowledge of PepsiCo's Supply Chain, broader PepsiCo functions, and the CPG landscape.

Technical & Soft Skills

Expertise in GIS and routing tools, database management, and advanced MS Excel is essential. Demonstrate the ability to lead and influence internally and externally across divisions, functions, and organizational levels.
