The Senior Manager - Sales Capability International Beverages role at PepsiCo in Hyderabad, Telangana, is a pivotal position within the International Beverages (IB) ecosystem. Reporting to the Senior Manager-Sales Capability-IB, you will partner with Market Sales Capability Leads to design, curate, deploy, and sustain world-class capability building solutions. Leveraging cutting-edge content, methodologies, and technology, this role empowers sales teams across anchor markets to drive exceptional growth. With a focus on comprehensive scorecards, program upgrades, transformation deployments, and content management, you will play a key role in scaling capabilities from 3-4 markets in 2026 to 10 anchor markets in the future. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to shape sales excellence in the global beverages sector.
Establish and manage IB Sales Capability scorecards, tracking program completion across online, classroom, and virtual instructor-led training (VILT) modes. Monitor governance KPIs for IB Traditional Trade Academy and Distributor Management transformation programs. Deliver monthly reporting for 3-4 markets initially, scaling to 10.
Lead biennial upgrades of ~10 e-learning and classroom modules (45 mins-1 hr each) with the latest updates and beverage-specific examples. Annually support the design of 3-4 new programs, including 2-day workshops for sales, go-to-market (GTM), and digital experience (DX) teams.
Facilitate annual deployment of IB-TT Academy and Distributor Management programs in 3-4 markets over 3-6 months, utilizing various SFA software platforms.
Oversee daily operations of One IB Commercial Hub for 4-5 markets (scaling to 10), including content uploads, user onboarding, course assignments, and troubleshooting. Maintain a comprehensive sales capability content portfolio with learning programs, playbooks, case studies, and SCORM files.
Manage quarterly IB Commercial Newsletters, liaise with vendors for mailers and videos. Support sales capability calendar implementation, nominations, logistics, certifications, process standardization (bi-annually), translations, and ad-hoc tasks.
To excel in this role, candidates need 7-10 years of sales management experience within the CPG industry. Previous success in learning program design and analytics is essential, alongside strong program management skills. Proficiency in reporting and MIS management is required, with sales or sales capability experience as an added advantage. A passion for learning, coaching, and fostering career growth is crucial. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments, possess excellent stakeholder management skills, and have familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and SFA tools.
