  • Collaborate closely with Category Management and Space teams to meet approved parameters and conduct rigorous quality audits for assortment, visual appeal, innovation, and shelving metrics.
  • Manage multiple project timelines, track progress, resolve issues, and electronically deliver planograms to internal and external systems.
  • Build and maintain relationships with project partners, manage planogram databases, and provide reporting as needed.
  • Drive adoption of industry best practices, partner with global teams on end-to-end strategies, and lead workload forecasting for capacity management.
  • Foster an inclusive environment, elevate team capabilities from execution to strategic focus, and implement process improvements through automation and technology.
