Role Overview

As Senior Manager, Software Engineering in ITC (Internal Technology & Cloud), you’ll lead high-performing teams within Nike’s Supply Chain and Planning Technology (SCPT) group. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, you need a proven track record in engineering leadership. Key qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 12-15 years of professional experience, including 5+ years managing high-performing software engineering teams.
• Demonstrated leadership of full-stack DevOps teams covering development, testing, and operations.
• Deep expertise in scalable, distributed services and data solutions.
• Hands-on with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), modern languages (Java, Rust, Python), and databases (NoSQL, relational).
• Supply chain knowledge in inventory, orders, logistics, and warehouse management.
• Experience delivering Gen AI data products in POC or production.
• Strong agile/Scrum skills and communication to influence diverse audiences.
