Key Responsibilities at MongoDB
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team responsible for quarterly, annual, and long-term revenue forecasting using bottoms-up and top-down methodologies tailored to MongoDB's consumption model.
- Serve as strategic advisor to GTM leadership, delivering data-driven insights for Sales and Marketing to accelerate revenue growth.
- Develop performance targets for GTM, Marketing, and Product teams based on historical productivity and market expectations.
- Own the company's gross profit forecast, including infrastructure and services margins critical to MongoDB Atlas scalability.
- Manage direct cash flow forecasting while collaborating with accounting, treasury, and tax teams.
- Oversee long-range plans providing insights for strategic decisions in M&A, new products, and market expansion.
- Collaborate across FP&A to maintain the consolidated financial model supporting MongoDB's public company reporting.
- Drive special projects and ad-hoc analyses for growth initiatives, investor guidance, and annual investor day materials.

Qualifications & Requirements
