Key Responsibilities at MongoDB
As Senior Manager, Technical Services Engineering, you'll drive operational excellence across global MongoDB support operations:
- Lead diagnosis and resolution of performance-related issues in high-scale MongoDB deployments
- Provide expert guidance on design and architecture including global data distribution, replication, high availability, low latency, and data sovereignty compliance
- Advocate for customers by articulating roadmap feature business cases to influence product development
- Orchestrate global collaboration with peer teams ensuring seamless follow-the-sun issue handovers
