You'll manage elite teams of MongoDB core and cloud Support Engineers delivering 24x7x365 follow-the-sun support across Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.

Our Technical Services team spans global offices in New York City, Toronto, Austin, Palo Alto, Vancouver, Sydney, Gurgaon, Tel Aviv, Dublin, and Buenos Aires. Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

As Senior Manager, Technical Services Engineering, you'll drive operational excellence across global MongoDB support operations:

  • Lead diagnosis and resolution of performance-related issues in high-scale MongoDB deployments
  • Provide expert guidance on design and architecture including global data distribution, replication, high availability, low latency, and data sovereignty compliance
  • Advocate for customers by articulating roadmap feature business cases to influence product development
