Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Uniform Operations role within Nike's Delivery Excellence & Uniform Operations team is pivotal in ensuring seamless supply chain execution for apparel and accessories manufacturing. Based in Beaverton, Oregon, this position demands a strategic leader with a bias for action to oversee uniform material availability, mitigate delivery risks, and drive global projects. Expect to conduct quarterly after-action reviews to fuel continuous improvement in processes and calendars. Collaborate with data analytics teams to build standard reporting, KPI metrics, and advanced visualization tools using Excel, Tableau, and Power Platforms. Balance team workloads across multiple seasons, organize annual supplier engagements, and escalate risks transparently to senior leadership. Your role will emphasize clear priority-setting, change management, and fostering best-practice deployment across Nike's DEC offices.

Team Leadership and Stakeholder Partnership

Guide your team toward delivering immediate and long-term priorities. Build strong relationships with Product Creation teams, regional Partner Managers, GLAM, Sports Marketing, MSE/MQE, Product Integrity, Materials Sourcing & Manufacturing, and Sourcing. Externally, evolve partnerships with U.S.-based suppliers and global vendors to optimize uniform operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Nike seeks candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s preferred) and at least 7 years of experience in manufacturing, planning, product development, operations, or supply chain, including 4+ years in direct team leadership. Preferred expertise in footwear, apparel, or accessories is a plus. Bring strong data and analytical skills, with proficiency in advanced Excel, Tableau, Power Platforms, and AI tools for automation. Demonstrate deep experience in complex risk management amid evolving priorities.
