Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Uniform Operations role within Nike's Delivery Excellence & Uniform Operations team is pivotal in ensuring seamless supply chain execution for apparel and accessories manufacturing. Build strong relationships with Product Creation teams, regional Partner Managers, GLAM, Sports Marketing, MSE/MQE, Product Integrity, Materials Sourcing & Manufacturing, and Sourcing. Externally, evolve partnerships with U.S.-based suppliers and global vendors to optimize uniform operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Nike seeks candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s preferred) and at least 7 years of experience in manufacturing, planning, product development, operations, or supply chain, including 4+ years in direct team leadership.
