• Recognize risks and support mitigation strategies.
• Consult on business initiatives, partnering with Legal and Ethics teams.
• Facilitate policy, monitoring, risk assessments, and transparency efforts.
• Stay current on ethics, compliance developments, and industry trends.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of Compliance experience with BA/BS degree, or 6+ years with MS/MA/MBA.
• Professional in-house experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or law firms advising these sectors; ideally majority in-house.

• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Deep knowledge of commercial, medical affairs, and market access interactions.
