Key Responsibilities at Datadog

  • Work closely with Datadog’s enterprise, mid-market, and commercial sales teams to identify and grow new pipeline opportunities and revenue streams through strategic alliances.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture net-new business opportunities by leveraging our extensive cloud alliance partnerships across ASEAN and GCR.
  • Enable and activate deep, multi-level stakeholder relationships between Datadog and Cloud Partners, from executives to technical teams.
  • Build, own, and execute a comprehensive regional Alliance strategy, utilizing substantial partner investments and resources to drive sustainable long-term growth.
  • Generate high-quality, alliance-sourced net-new sales pipeline and directly contribute to revenue attainment.
  • Evangelize Datadog's cloud-native monitoring, observability, and security services to strategic Public Cloud Alliances.
  • Manage lead sharing processes and joint campaigns to maximize partner-sourced opportunities.
  • Design creative programs, campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives with an outcomes-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate with account teams to drive sales engagements from lead generation through negotiation and closure.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as our Senior Partner Manager, Cloud Alliances, you bring proven expertise in the field:

  • 7+ years of partner-facing business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales experience at a cloud services or SaaS vendor.
  • Proven experience working with Account Teams to drive complete sales cycles—from lead generation to closure—while negotiating agreements and building enduring partnerships.
  • Talent for building joint sales pipelines, leveraging partner investments, and designing innovative programs and campaigns focused on measurable outcomes.
  • Strong ability to quickly grasp technical concepts in cloud, observability, and security, and communicate them effectively verbally and in writing.
