Reporting to the Lead of Partner Marketing, you'll collaborate with Field Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to execute high-impact GTM campaigns that position MongoDB as the global multi-cloud database leader.

Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

• Develop partner marketing strategies and GTM engagements to drive growth, awareness, and adoption of MongoDB Atlas via our AI/Tech partner ecosystem
• Plan and execute end-to-end integrated partner co-marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal and external cross-functional teams
• Oversee development of jointly produced digital content, including web assets, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and more
• Act as liaison between AI/Tech partners and internal teams, including Sales, Industry & Solutions, Field Marketing, Events, and Product
• Manage in-person joint events with Field Marketing and Events teams, including promotional materials and on-site support
• Manage partner marketing budget with a focus on ROI and campaign performance
• Establish operating plans to support the broader SI partner ecosystem
• Collaborate cross-functionally to amplify MongoDB's footprint through ISV/Tech partners
• Track and analyze campaign metrics to provide data-driven recommendations

Qualifications & Requirements

The ideal Senior Partner Marketing Manager brings:

• 6+ years of marketing and partner marketing experience in enterprise software, B2B SaaS, or technology companies
• Experience with developer and partner marketing (highly preferred)
• Proven success working with complex internal and external sales organizations
• Hyper-organized with exceptional project management and task-tracking capabilities
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills, including creating internal enablement and external marketing content
• Data-driven mindset with ability to roll up sleeves and execute
• Team player who thrives in cross-functional environments
• Location near MongoDB US offices for hybrid working model
