As a trusted technical advisor, you'll design scalable solutions from startups to Fortune 100 enterprises, leveraging MongoDB Atlas across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

MongoDB, the modern developer data platform, seeks passionate technologists with 8+ years experience to drive partner-led growth. Master Atlas Stream Processing, Vector Search, Data Lake, and Relational Migrator while collaborating on AI/ML architectures and microservices patterns.

Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

• Partner with MongoDB ecosystem to produce technical materials and training that accelerate sales cycles
• Architect reference solutions integrating MongoDB Atlas with hyperscaler services and partner technologies
• Co-develop GTM strategies exploiting mutual strengths for new markets and use cases
• Craft consistent 'better together' messaging enabling partner pre-sales success
• Lead technical webinars, workshops, and presentations for partner sales teams
• Deliver strategic account mapping and technical enablement sessions
• Customize partner-specific GTM strategies beyond standard marketing collateral
• Act as SME in high-stakes customer engagements requiring deep MongoDB expertise
• Expand joint customer touchpoints through partner architect empowerment

Qualifications & Requirements

Ideal candidates demonstrate:

• 8+ years customer-facing roles or software development experience
• 2+ years enterprise software (partner) pre-sales experience
• 2+ years partnering with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, ISVs, or SIs
• Production coding experience with Python, Node.js, SQL, Java, C#, or C++
• Scalable distributed systems design across cloud and on-premises environments
• Legacy application modernization with modern technology stacks
• Exceptional presentation skills communicating complex concepts to technical and business audiences
• Strategic thinking aligning MongoDB resources with partner success plans
• Comfortable with up to 25% travel

Preferred Experience:

• Database sales or multi-cloud application development
• Data modeling and database-driven application expertise
• Modernization of legacy systems to scalable architectures
