The Partner Solutions Architect (PSA) serves as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring partner technical resources are onboarded, trained, and certified on the Datadog platform. You'll collaborate with both Datadog and partner teams to deliver end-customer demonstrations, proofs of value, and enablement workshops. Key Responsibilities at Datadog

• Ensure partner success: Lead onboarding, training, enablement, and certification programs for partner technical resources on Datadog observability solutions.
• Strategic alignment: Participate in joint business planning and review sessions to align Datadog and partner technical roadmaps.
• Technical collaboration: Support end-customer demos, proofs of value, workshops, and provide assessment/advice on best practices.
• Advocacy role: Champion partners' technical needs, feature requests, and support issues with Datadog's internal product and engineering teams.
• Service optimization: Regularly analyze partner offerings and recommend Datadog integrations to enhance value and adoption.
• Product influence: Work with product management and engineering to identify and prioritize features for partner ecosystems.
• Best practices evolution: Continuously curate leading practices for Datadog platform adoption across cloud migration and DevOps transformations.
• Regional focus: Drive technical initiatives tailored to LATAM GSI partners, including cloud-native architectures and security monitoring.
• Customer impact: Enable partners to deliver high-impact solutions using Datadog's APM, infrastructure monitoring, and security features.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel as a Senior Partner Solutions Architect at Datadog, you need a strong technical foundation and partner-facing experience. Key qualifications include:

• Solid hands-on experience in IT Development and/or Operations with 10-15 years in customer/partner technical roles.
• Demonstrated passion for learning emerging technologies like observability, cloud platforms, and containerization.
• Business acumen to communicate Datadog's value proposition from technical teams to C-suite executives.
• Confident presentation and workshop facilitation skills for global audiences.
• Hands-on expertise in observability tools (Datadog, Splunk, AppDynamics, New Relic, Dynatrace).
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba Cloud).
• Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) and DevOps scripting (Python, JavaScript, Go).
