• Drive employee engagement: Conduct exit interviews, monitor metrics, and recommend action plans.
• Support workforce planning: Help determine resourcing needs, job leveling, and compensation for hiring.
• Lead investigations: Partner with Employee Relations on conduct violations.
• Facilitate training: Deliver sessions on performance reviews, compensation, and bonus programs.
• Leverage analytics: Use people data to inform decisions and maintain Workday systems.
• Champion D&I: Provide advice on diversity, inclusion, recruitment, and succession planning.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as a Senior People and Culture Advisor, bring:

• 5-7 years progressive HR generalist experience.
• 2+ years leading strategic people initiatives.
• Experience in product-led organizations, especially Supply Chain/Product teams.
• Strong knowledge of performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
• Ability to partner autonomously with managers up to Senior Director level.

Bonus: Familiarity with Canadian federal/provincial employment laws and Workday HRIS.
