The People & Culture Business Partnering team supports all people-related matters, from performance management to leadership development. As a Senior Advisor, you'll influence leaders through the Practice of Leadership, champion equity, inclusion, and growth.   • Facilitate training: Deliver sessions on performance reviews, compensation, and bonus programs.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as a Senior People and Culture Advisor, bring:

  • 5-7 years progressive HR generalist experience.
  • 2+ years leading strategic people initiatives.
  • Experience in product-led organizations, especially Supply Chain/Product teams.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Ability to partner autonomously with managers up to Senior Director level.

Bonus: Familiarity with Canadian federal/provincial employment laws and Workday HRIS.
