Key Responsibilities at Datadog

  • Act as the primary regional PBP for all employees in Japan, representing our global People team across GTM functions including sales engineering and customer success.

  • Collaborate with departmental PBPs to manage change initiatives during rapid expansion in cloud monitoring markets.
