Nike
Nike is the world's leading sports brand, empowering athletes and innovators to push boundaries and redefine performance. With a global presence spanning innovation hubs, retail flagships, and corporate headquarters, Nike drives culture through groundbreaking products like Air Max, Flyknit, and React technology. In LATAM, Nike fuels growth across diverse markets, from Mexico City to São Paulo, blending local insights with world-class supply chain excellence. As a Nike employee, you'll join a team obsessed with innovation, sustainability, and athlete-first strategies, working on initiatives that shape the future of sport.
The Senior Performance & Inventory Operations Analyst for LATAM, based in Ciudad de México, Mexico, is a pivotal role coordinating cross-functional inventory and EBP (End-to-End Business Planning) efforts. You'll deliver data-driven insights, optimize processes, and ensure seamless visibility across the LATAM portfolio. Partnering with Planning, Merchandising, Finance, and Marketplace Supply teams, you'll craft recommendations, action plans, and performance communications for GEO (Geography) leaders. This full-time position demands an analytical powerhouse ready to thrive in Nike's dynamic matrix environment, driving inventory accuracy and forecasting precision for explosive regional growth.
Leverage existing tools, dashboards, and reports to bolster decision-making and forecasting within the EBP/Inventory Operations team. Develop cutting-edge dashboards for real-time inventory status and 18-month rolling forecasts, measured against core KPIs like stock levels, turnover rates, and demand alignment.
Prepare, publish, and track the monthly 'EBP ecosystem update,' covering gates, dates, IBP/IBE calendars, and deliverables. Ensure seamless info-cascade across teams, fostering accountability and alignment in Nike's fast-paced LATAM operations.
Track in-season performance, rolling forecasts, inventory health, and target results across LATAM. Deliver crystal-clear insights for territory reporting, enabling agile responses to market shifts and inventory optimization.
Maintain proactive leadership with GEO teams on key projects and processes, facilitating consensus and driving execution in a collaborative, matrixed structure.
To excel in this role, candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Planning, Finance, or a related field, complemented by 3+ years of hands-on experience in IBP (Integrated Business Planning), S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning), or inventory management. A detail-oriented analytical mindset is essential, paired with critical thinking and problem-solving prowess. Exceptional meeting facilitation skills—agenda setting, content prep, active listening, time management, and consensus-building—are non-negotiable. As a strong team player, you'll navigate Nike's matrix environment effortlessly, partnering with multiple functions and senior leaders. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, databases), and reporting tools is required.
Nike offers a premium compensation package tailored for top talent. Enjoy a competitive salary estimated at $65,000-$95,000 USD annually (adjusted for Mexico market rates), plus performance incentives. Comprehensive health coverage includes medical, dental, and vision plans, with wellness programs promoting work-life balance. Score exclusive employee discounts on Nike products—up to 50% off—keeping you geared for peak performance. Professional development shines through Nike University courses, mentorship, and global rotation opportunities. Flexible hybrid work models, generous PTO, and parental leave support your best life.
At Nike, careers accelerate. This senior analyst role is a launchpad to leadership in supply chain, planning, or regional operations. Past alumni have advanced to Director of Inventory Strategy or VP of LATAM Planning. Access Nike's internal mobility program for cross-geo moves, plus leadership tracks like Emerging Leader cohorts. With mentorship from GEO executives and exposure to Nike's digital transformation (e.g., AI-driven forecasting), you'll build a trajectory matching your ambition.
Choosing Nike means joining a purpose-driven powerhouse where your work impacts millions of athletes. In LATAM's high-growth hub of Ciudad de México, you'll shape inventory strategies fueling Nike's dominance in soccer, running, and basketball. Collaborate with diverse teams in a vibrant, inclusive culture championing innovation and sustainability. Nike's commitment to equality, with employee resource groups and DEI initiatives, ensures everyone thrives. Experience the thrill of global scale with local autonomy—delivering insights that turn data into market wins.
