Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

• Design scalable enablement materials: Build role-based training courses, micro-modules, videos, labs, and assessments for Delivery Engineers and Project Managers.
• Evolve ATF methodology: Maintain core modernization processes with diagram-first maps, ensuring the ATF site remains the single source of truth.
• Lead AI simulation development: Create applications mimicking customer challenges to identify MongoDB product gaps and test new features.
• Build acceleration tools: Develop reusable AI-powered tools speeding up application transformation tasks across projects.
• Drive improvements: Conduct technical discovery via project shadowing and retrospectives to synthesize product enhancement requests.
• Harvest reusable assets: Capture field-proven solutions, generalize them, and publish to central ATF libraries.
• Define delivery metrics: Implement telemetry for ATF adoption and outcomes in internal dashboards.
• Mentor community: Host office hours, contribute to help channels, and amplify best practices globally.
• Collaborate across time zones with stakeholders to evolve AMP practice excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as Senior Practice Engineer, AMP at MongoDB, you need:

• 7+ years software development building enterprise-grade applications.
• Proficiency building Java applications with JEE or Spring frameworks.
• Experience creating tools/scripts in Python or JavaScript/Node.js for automation.
• Expertise in relational databases, SQL, and modernization to NoSQL.
