- 3+ years hands-on with Python, Node.js, SQL, Java, C#, or C++ in professional development
- Demonstrated expertise designing scalable distributed systems across cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises environments
- Proven track record modernizing legacy applications through architectural review and technology migration
- Exceptional communication - translate complex technical concepts for business and technical audiences
- Strategic mindset for multi-threaded account planning and sales methodology experience (MEDDPICC preferred)
- Comfortable with 25% travel and hybrid NYC work model
