We are building intelligent systems that bring generative AI into the physical world - merging models, embodiment, and real-time perception into entirely new product experiences. As a Senior Principal Product Manager, you will define the strategy and architecture for a key product domain, operating across engineering, ML, design, and hardware to invent and launch novel interfaces and platforms.

This is a high-leverage role for a product leader who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast with conviction, and brings a systems-level view of AI product development. You will lead initiatives with significant technical depth, influence decisions across research and product, and help shape how humans will interact with AI agents in dynamic environments.

This position is remote.

You’ll make an impact by:
  • Defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap for an AI-native platform, interface, or product line
  • Translating open-ended problems into structured product definitions and scalable architectures
  • Partnering with engineering, ML, and research to drive cross-functional product delivery
  • Owning the full product lifecycle from zero-to-one MVPs to post-launch iteration
  • Identifying critical data, feedback, and learning loops that enable model and UX improvement
  • Representing product strategy to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

You will win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product management experience with at least 3 in AI/ML, developer platforms, or deeply technical domains
  • Demonstrated success launching platform-level or technically complex products
  • Ability to define architecture-level tradeoffs and work across research and production teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience influencing at the leadership level
  • Hands-on experience with metrics, experimentation, and iterative development
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in machine learning, robotics, or multimodal systems
  • Experience leading product in early-stage or zero-to-one product environments
  • Familiarity with LLMs, inference systems, feedback pipelines, or agentic frameworks
  • Prior experience mentoring other PMs or leading cross-functional pods

You’ll benefit from:
  • Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees. Details regarding our benefits can be found here: https://www.benefitsquickstart.com/siemens/index.html
  • The pay range for this position is $142,310 - $243,960 plus incentive. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.

About the Team:
We are a product-driven organization operating at the frontier of generative intelligence and embodied systems. Our team builds platforms and products that move beyond screen interfaces, designing intelligent behaviors that respond to voice, vision, and action in the real world. Senior Principal PMs at our company operate with high autonomy and high context and are expected to define, build, and scale entire product systems with lasting impact.
