Role Overview

The Senior Procurement Expert (m/w/d) role at SodaStream, a PepsiCo company, is pivotal in building an efficient, future-oriented procurement organization. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will take ownership of critical procurement functions:

• Develop, implement, and optimize procurement strategies for various categories such as Supply Chain, HR, and Marketing, in alignment with Global Procurement.
• Identify and realize cost optimization potentials while building a preferred supplier portfolio.
• Lead request for proposals (RFPs), contract negotiations, and supply chain risk hedging.
• Introduce and manage an eProcurement tool to digitalize and streamline purchasing processes.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure procurement success.
• Initiate and lead improvement projects within procurement and across the supply chain.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as Senior Procurement Expert, you bring:

• A completed university degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on Procurement, Finance, or Supply Chain Management.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in procurement, supply chain management, or project management, preferably in an international setting.
• Proven experience implementing IT tools like ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and process optimization.
• Strong negotiation skills and expertise in contract management.
• Confident communication in a matrix organization, analytical thinking, entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent project management abilities.
• Thrives in interdisciplinary teams with cultural diversity.
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written, plus secure handling of MS Office.
