Key Responsibilities at Lululemon

As a Senior Product Developer, you'll lead product lifecycle management for men's apparel. Key duties include:

• Manage style BOM initiation for mid to high complexity styles from concept through production readiness.
• Maintain data integrity in Flex PLM and relevant systems to ensure accurate product lifecycle tracking.
• Organize daily workflows adhering to Go To Market (GTM) deliverables and development timelines.
• Collaborate with Labs and vendors to solve innovation opportunities during and outside key milestones.
• Mentor and train team members on daily execution and best practices.
• Influence cross-functional partners for issue resolution at all levels through clear communication.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify High Attention Styles (HAS) based on vendors, styles, and materials.
• Present development status at key product meetings with business-oriented insights.
• Initiate R&D via market research, trend analysis, and vendor showroom visits.
• Build vendor relationships for standardized ways of working and communication.

Reference product roadmaps and industry standards to deliver commercially ready products fit for production.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as a Senior Product Developer at Lululemon, you need:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent; preferred training in Technical Design, Product Management, or Product Development.
• Experience: 8+ years in Product Development, Product Management, or Sourcing.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook), Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop; Flex PLM recommended; Gerber Pattern Making or 3D software (CLO, Browzwear) as asset.
